BD&P has extensive experience in all matters relating to insolvency, financial restructuring, receivership, and bankruptcy. Our lawyers serve clients from many sectors of the financial services industry including major chartered banks, other financial institutions, receivers, trustees, private and public corporations as well as individuals.

Lawyers on BD&P's Insolvency & Restructuring team are active members in the Insolvency Institute of Canada, the International Insolvency Institute and the North America Turnaround Association.

The team works closely with other lawyers in the firm as part of a cross disciplinary team drawing on skills and experience of lawyers in tax, securities, litigation, intellectual property and other areas that arise in insolvencies and restructurings.
