BD&P Partner named to Lexpert Magazine's Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 List | |  |
 BD&P extends congratulations to Michael Donaldson for making Lexpert Magazine's annual Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 in Canada. The award was announced at a dinner and reception at The Kool Haus in Toronto on Tuesday, November 14, 2006. The event featured the Right Honourable Brian Mulroney, P.C., C.C., LL.D., as the special keynote speaker.
Honouring Canada's Top 40 Lawyers & Corporate Counsel Under 40, the event paid tribute to the rising stars of the legal community. The Top 40 story will run in Lexpert's November/December issue.
 Mike Donaldson practices in the areas of Commercial & General Litigation, Energy Litigation and Securities Litigation. Mike has appeared as counsel of record in over 50 reported decisions, and has argued cases before the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal, The Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, The Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the British Columbia and Alberta Securities Commissions. This is Mike's first appearance on the Lexpert Top 40 Under 40 list.
