Prior to joining BD&P, Mitch was a partner in the Calgary office of a national firm practicing in the lending transactions field. He also worked as in-house counsel at two large corporations in the energy and telecommunications sectors where his practice was focused on the development of energy infrastructure projects (pipelines and power generation), the building and operation of fibre optic data transmission networks, and other commercial transactions.
