Experience

Sadhna is a first year law student at the University of Victoria. She is originally from Edmonton and completed her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 2021. Sadhna was involved in Pro Bono Students Canada and the South Asian Law Students Association this past year. Throughout her undergrad, Sadhna was active on the Alberta JDC West team, the University of Alberta Women in Business, and various case competitions including the John Molson Undergraduate Case Competition.

She has experience with teaching and supported the Alberta School of Business with its transition to online learning. Outside of school, Sadhna is the Chief Partnerships Officer at ASANA Voices where she works with private corporations to drive social, economic, and political change for the South Asian diaspora in North America. She also coaches the Alberta JDC West Debate team.

In her free time, Sadhna enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking along the ocean in Victoria (when she's there), traveling, trying new restaurants, and reading. She also runs a small fashion page on Instagram (@styledbysads) where she likes to share outfit inspiration and her favourite small businesses with her followers.
