Practice Focus

Since late 2009, Cal's practice has been a hybrid of (i) his historical banking and finance practice concentrating primarily on syndicated loan arrangements and secured financings principally in the energy industry, (ii) internal administrative and educational efforts focused on the firm's conflicts, opinions and audit policy initiatives and policies, (iii) internal and external organization and conduct of educational and seminar presentations and (iv) organization of various externally published articles prepared by firm members.
