Alicia Quesnel is BD&P's Managing Partner and an internationally recognized energy and commercial transactions lawyer. She advises clients on major energy, infrastructure and renewable energy projects, as well as mergers and acquisitions, competition law and foreign investment matters. Carolyn Wright is head of BD&P's Energy group and a trusted advisor to clients across Canada's energy sector. With more than 20 years of experience, she advises on complex energy and commercial transactions, project development, acquisitions and divestitures, and Indigenous business matters.
