Lindsay Cox honoured as a 2020 Lexpert Rising Star

Congratulations to Lindsay Cox for receiving a Lexpert Rising Star Award for 2020.

The annual Rising Star Awards recognize Canada's leading lawyers under 40. This recognition pays tribute to Canadian talent who demonstrate exceptional legal guidance, leadership and contributions to their firm and community.

As a Partner in our Business Law group, Lindsay specializes in advising issuers and dealers on public offerings and private placements of debt, equity and other securities. She provides guidance on compliance with securities regulatory requirements, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. Lindsay also acts on high profile and high value mergers, takeover bids, acquisitions, and other business combinations and reorganizations.

Lindsay is an engaged member of the BD&P United Way Committee, a group that fundraise through the year in support of the Calgary United Way. She is also member of the Governance Committee for Ronald McDonald House Alberta, a not-for-profit that provides support to families seeking vital medical treatment for their seriously ill or injured children.
