Shimon Sherrington Joins BD&P as Associate in with the Litigation Group

Shimon Sherrington joins BD&P as an Associate, strengthening BD&P's commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.

Shimon advises clients on a broad range of disputes, with a focus on commercial and general litigation, commercial arbitration, construction litigation, securities litigation, and shareholder disputes. He has appeared before courts across Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia, as well as in commercial arbitrations and mediations.

Drawing on experience gained at both a leading national law firm and a litigation boutique in Toronto, Shimon has represented clients in a variety of complex matters involving corporate disputes, restructuring and insolvency, financial services, governance issues, and commercial transactions. His practical and strategic approach helps clients navigate challenging disputes and achieve effective outcomes.
