Welcome Gurjot Sekhon to BD&P’s Employment & Labour Group

Gurjot Sekhon has joined our Employment and Labour team at BD&P. Gurjot brings a strong background in commercial and employment litigation and arbitration, with hands-on experience in everything from drafting applications and motions to conducting in-depth legal research across employment, corporate and securities matters.

Having previously worked at an Alberta-based firm and as a clerk at the Federal Court, Gurjot has developed a passion for legal research, analysis and writing, he continues to hone and apply these skills with precision.

His strategic mindset and dedication to excellence are a perfect match for BD&P’s forward-thinking approach to employment law.
