Experience
Denisa maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice on private and public law issues, both domestically and in some international jurisdictions. She has assisted individual and corporate clients on disputes involving construction, constitutional issues, contractual breaches, torts, securities, insurance (plaintiff-side), commercial tenancies, and debt recovery.
She has previously appeared before the Alberta Court of King's Bench, the British Columbia Supreme Court, and the Ontario Court of Justice.
Denisa also clerked at the Alberta Court of Appeal for the Honourable Justice Kevin Feth.
