Experience

George maintains a broad commercial litigation practice. His experience spans a diverse range of civil and commercial disputes in energy, construction and employment matters, complemented by a specialized focus on intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes. George is also regularly involved in helping BD&P's individual and corporate clients in complex contractual disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims and intentional torts. During law school, George participated in Canada's most prominent intellectual property moot court competition in Toronto, the Harold G. Fox IP moot.
