Experience

Katherine is returning to BD&P as an articling student after previously working with the firm as a summer student in 2024.

During law school, she volunteered with two Pro Bono Students Canada projects, The Consent Project and the Human Rights Project. Through the Human Rights Project, she assisted in assessing the strength of potential claims and helped individuals understand the process for filing complaints with the Alberta Human Rights Commission.

In the summer of 2025, Katherine worked with Global Affairs Canada at the G7 Kananaskis Summit, where she supported credentialing operations.

As part of her legal studies, she spent a semester on exchange at the University of Copenhagen, focusing on various areas of international law.

Community Involvement:
