Kayleigh Evans-Irvine

Experience
In 2011, Kayleigh began her career with BD&P as a legal assistant in the Employment and Labour group which prompted her interest in human resources. Kayleigh holds a diploma in Legal Assistance from SAIT and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University.
Kayleigh partners closely with lawyers and staff to build a supportive workplace, using firsthand legal assistant experience to thoughtfully shape lawyer–staff collaborations, employee experience, and support staff programming.
Through involvement with SAIT's Legal Assistant Program Advisory Committee, Kayleigh contributes industry insight to help shape the next generation of legal assistants. Her involvement with the Calgary Association of Legal Administrators helps ensure she remains informed, connected, and collaborative in her approach to legal workplace leadership.
