Experience

Larissa advises clients on a wide range of complex business and strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, reorganizations, and equity financings. She also counsels companies on corporate governance and compliance matters, working with clients at every stage of growth—from early-stage startups to established national and international businesses across diverse industries.

She began her legal career at BD&P before moving to a leading offshore firm in Bermuda in 2020, where she focused on cross-border corporate transactions. In 2022, Larissa relocated to San Francisco to join a Tier 1 U.S. law firm, further expanding her experience in high-level corporate work. She returned to BD&P in 2025, bringing with her a global perspective and a depth of transactional expertise.
