Successfully represented employer in appeal of a prohibited action complaint at the BC Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal.

Successfully obtained interim document production order at Alberta Human Rights Commission in advance of Tribunal Hearing.

Termination Pay Claim Dismissed

Successfully represented employer in response to employee's claim for termination pay under the Employment Standards Code with no amounts owing after employment had been deemed frustrated by law.

$650M Natural Gas Asset Acquisition

Counsel to oil and gas company in its $650 million acquisition of certain natural gas assets.
