Experience
Lisa maintains a broad commercial litigation practice. She has experience assisting individual and corporate clients with disputes involving breach of contract claims, property rights and land access disputes, complex construction projects, energy infrastructure projects, professional negligence claims and intentional torts. She has represented clients in arbitration and at the Alberta Court of King's Bench, Saskatchewan Court of King's Bench, Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories.

Representative work
Graham Construction and Engineering LP v. City of Toronto
The City of Toronto contracted with Graham Construction and Engineering LP for the construction of the Ashbridges Waste Water Treatment Plant. During the course of construction, the parties discovered numerous changes to the site condition which resulted in significant changes to the scope of work, including with respect to delays to perform the scope of work.
