Counsel to Obsidian Energy Ltd. (TSX / NYSE American) for the sale of its operated Pembina assets to InPlay Oil Corp. for total consideration of approximately $320 million comprised of: (1) $220 million cash; (2) $85 million of InPlay shares; and (3) InPlay's 34.6% working interest in the Willesden Green Cardium Unit #2.
