Tanja Bosnjak

Experience

Tanja started her career with BD&P in 2013 upon completing her Bachelor of Commerce. While at BD&P, working in Human Resources piqued her interests. Her interest was further affirmed after forming the foundation and guidance for managing a manufacturing company's employees and developing its human resources policies and procedures. This led her to leave BD&P to pursue further education in human resources and psychology and learn ways to apply occupational and social psychology principles and theories in relation to work.

Tanja has worked with different client groups in various industries including legal, education, non-profits, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. While working as a Consultant and a Human Resources Advisor, she was ready to apply her learned skills and return to BD&P in 2022. In her role she is responsible for support staff recruitment and leading the word processing and resource assistant teams. She seeks partnering with leadership to establish and continuously improve culture and employee experience at BD&P.
