David is highly sought after for his counsel in complex disputes involving industrial, commercial, and institutional projects, and he has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.

He is a recognized Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation Canada and has been consistently named a leading lawyer by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in both Construction and Corporate Commercial Litigation (2024, 2025), alongside being recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada across several key practice areas since 2020.

Susan Fader, Partner 

Susan is the Co-Lead of our Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and arbitration, with significant expertise in Construction litigation, Energy litigation, and corporate and commercial litigation, where she represents clients in high-stakes contract, tort, and shareholder matters.
