We’re pleased to welcome Katerina Maragos to BD&P’s Energy group.

Katerina joins us from a leading national firm, bringing extensive experience in corporate and commercial law with a focus on the energy sector. Her practice spans complex corporate structures, joint ventures and commercial agreements, with notable experience advising Indigenous economic development corporations and their private-sector partners on governance, ownership frameworks and strategic transactions.
