Our litigation group welcomes new Associate Adam Grotsky

We are pleased to welcome Adam Grotsky to our litigation group as an associate.

Adam practices in corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration, bringing experience across industries including oil and gas, renewables and energy transition, construction, real estate, financial services, government, not-for-profit, and technology. He has appeared before provincial and federal courts and administrative tribunals and has handled both domestic and international arbitration matters.

Before joining BD&P, Adam practiced at a leading national law firm in Calgary and served as legal counsel at the Department of Justice Canada, where he provided litigation and advisory services to federal departments.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Studies from Queen’s University in 2016 and his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2019. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020 and the Alberta Bar in 2023.
