Experience

Adam’s practice focuses on litigating corporate and commercial disputes and government-related matters. He acts for clients in complex litigation that is often related to energy and the environment. Adam has appeared in provincial and federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals. He also has experience in domestic and international arbitration.

Prior to joining BD&P, Adam practiced at a leading national law firm in Calgary. Adam was also previously legal counsel at the Department of Justice Canada, where he had a litigation and advisory practice for departments across the federal government.
