BD&P welcomes two exceptional professionals to our team. Jessica MacKinnon joins our insolvency team as an Associate, while Chelsea Nimmo strengthens our litigation team as Senior Counsel.

Chelsea Nimmo brings over a decade of experience from a prestigious national firm, where she specialized in intellectual property disputes. Her expertise spans IP rights infringement, validity challenges and associated legal remedies.

Jessica MacKinnon arrives with a robust background in restructuring and insolvency, having handled CCAA cases (both debtor and creditor initiated), receiverships, bankruptcies and NOI proceedings at her previous national firm.
