We're Hiring: Corporate/Commercial Litigation Associate

BD&P's litigation group is seeking a highly motivated and outcome-focused litigation associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Be licensed and in good standing to practice law in a Canadian jurisdiction;

• 4-7 years of related experience from a reputable national, regional or boutique firm;

• Have demonstrated corporate/commercial litigation experience from a well-regarded law firm;

• Experience in analyzing and conveying complex legal issues in a practical manner that is useful to more senior lawyers, and clients;

• Exceptional client service, interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and confidence to take initiative; and

• A demonstrated ability to be responsive, eager to learn, adaptable, and will enjoy working with our collaborative and collegial firm.
