Experience

Paul maintains a commercial litigation practice advising corporate clients across a variety of industries. His experience includes disputes involving complex construction projects, energy projects, environmental claims, fraud claims, intellectual property matters, breach of contract, employment disputes, and First Nations governance. Paul has appeared in matters before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, the Federal Court, and the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan.
