Cheryl's focus is on:
Commercial real estate
- Complex purchase and sale transactions
- Property development matters
- Commercial leases, transactions, financing
- Joint ventures and limited partnership agreements
Wills and estate administration
- Extensive experience in wills and estate matters including will drafting, estate administration, enduring power of attorney and personal directives
Estate planning
- Experienced in assisting clients in the organizing of their affairs by identifying long term financial goals and creating strategies to meet those goals
Community involvement
Cheryl was Chair of cSpace Projects Board formed by Calgary Arts Development (CADA) and the Calgary Foundation. She saw the development of the King Edward School into the cSpace artist centre. She was a member of and the Real Estate Advisory Committee for Calgary Economic Development. She was the past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Vertigo Mystery Theatre and had been a member of the Board since 2006. Cheryl is presently on the Board of the Lieutenant Governor of Alberta Arts Awards Foundation.

Cheryl was the first female President of the Calgary Bar Association. She was also:
