Counsel to Hammerhead Resources Inc. and Hammerhead Energy Inc. in relation to its $1.39 billion business combination with Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation IV, a special purposes acquisition vehicle traded on the NASDAQ Capital Market, pursuant to which the parties completed a Plan of Arrangement and the Class A common shares and warrants of Hammerhead Energy were dually listed on the NASDAQ and Toronto Stock Exchange.
