- Advising employees and employers on hiring, employment standards, termination and wrongful dismissal, restrictive covenants, employee fiduciary duties, human rights obligations and privacy law
- Advising employers regarding termination and layoff strategy
- Drafting employment agreements, independent consultant contracts, executive compensation agreements and personnel policies
- Commencing and defending employment related litigation and human rights complaints
