Experience
Karim returns to BD&P after summering with the firm in 2021. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Law in 2022. Karim also holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University in London, Ontario.
During law school, Karim acted as President of the Law Students' Association and participated in multiple clubs and intramural sports. Karim also worked with the Senate of Canada and the House of Commons as a legal researcher and a political intern, assisting with the research of relevant federal COVID-19 legislations.
During his undergrad, Karim participated in an exchange to Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark) in 2019. Karim also acted as an orientation leader, and assisted newcomers to Canada by offering translation services.
In his free time, Karim enjoys travelling, hiking, reading, and finding ways to play inner-tube waterpolo. Tuning into his Egyptian roots, Karim regularly seeks opportunities to soak up some sun on a sandy beach or go history-diving in a museum.
